Moshi Moshi World!
After staying up a night or two and getting the old site up, I’ve spent the entire day today designing, coding, and debugging this bugger. I’m quite indecisive when it comes to a portfolio website, I’ve been known to redesign is several times in a week to suit my likings. Though I think this one will stay for a while. It’s functional, simply, and works incredibly better than the last.
This whole jQuery thing is pretty sexy too. You can see it in action on the work page when you click the big images. The whole sliding animation was done in ~3 lines per div. If the organization of my elements had been a little better, I could of done the whole thing in 4 lines. Still, back in the day this kind of animation with Javascript would of taken ages.
New art piece up as well! It’s a work in progress, but the primary elements are complete. All that’s left is the background and some finishing touches to encorporate my idea.
